Contract
Shop listings are invitations to treat. A contract forms when we accept the order, usually with payment confirmation. Made-to-measure goods are produced from your specifications.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euro including statutory VAT, plus shipping or installation shown at checkout. Only the payment methods listed there apply.
Delivery
Lead times are estimates for custom production. Risk passes on handover to the carrier, subject to mandatory consumer rules in the EU.
Withdrawal
Goods made to your measurements have no withdrawal right once production has started (German BGB § 312g (2) no. 1). Faulty goods are replaced or refunded after we check them.
